Improve your English skills and gain an internationally recognised qualification for work, for university admission or just for personal satisfaction. Course includes 15 hours tuition per week within a General English class plus advice on how best to prepare for your exam and tragetted homework. 

You can prepare for:

  • • FCE (First Certificate in English), an upper intermediate level exam
  • • CAE (Certificate in Advanced English), an advanced level exam
  • • CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English), an upper advanced level exam
    • IELTS (International English Language Testing System)

Content:

Learn to speak and write more fluently. Develop your reading and listening skills. Improve your grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Use better learning techniques. Receive exam training and guidance. Practise with past papers.

Add registration fee: £70
The cost of the first set of course books is included in the enrolment fee. Students on longer courses will need to purchase additional course books approximately every 10 weeks (cost approximately £35).

An additional Exam Entry Fee (£98-£105) is payable when you enrol for an exam. The school will advise you on the most suitable examination for you; we reserve the right not to enter students for exams which we feel are not appropriate.

 

The school is closed on the following public holidays


2012 UK public holidays: 6 April, 9 April, 7 May, 4 June, 27 August. We will also be closed for the Christmas break: 14 December - 7 January. 

*Very occasionally a mature 15 year-old may join a General English class for one to four weeks.
