Three minibuses headed East this week to Portsmouth, the home of the British Navy.
We kicked-off the visit by walking around a castle built by Henry VIII as a coastal defence. It is a position from which it would have been to see his famous war ship, The Mary Rose, sink 2 miles into its maiden voyage!
Students also toured the Naval Shipyard - Lord Nelson's flag ship - Victory, the Naval Museum, and much else. Some serious shopping was also on the agenda for some at the very popular designer outlet centre - Gunwharf Quay.
